Variable Barcodes

The use of barcodes can reduce errors and unnecessary time spent completing tasks. We can help you make your workflow more efficient by printing variable barcodes on your corporate materials. Adding Salutations or Fixed Description Appending

DocuStar has the ability to automatically append the appropriate titles to your mailing list via software that determines the gender of each prospect.

Dupe Elimination

Rather than inadvertently sending materials to a contact twice or manually deleting duplicate contacts, DocuStar can run your list through our advanced software and purge duplicates, thus saving you time and money.

Field Splitting, Record Splitting, Merge, & Purge

DocuStar has the ability to automatically divide one field into many if needed. For example, we can take a field that contains both the first name and last name and separate into two separate fields, one containing the first name and the second containing the last name. DocuStar can also combine multiple fields into one if necessary.

Intelligent Mail Barcodes

Intelligent Mail Barcodes (IMB) are used to sort and track letters and flats. Our customers can determine the status and location of their mail by tracking them via intelligent mail barcodes.

Postal Presorting

DocuStar has the ability to presort mail so that our customers may pay a lower, presort postage rate. We presort mail by arranging it by ZIP Code and then grouping the pieces going to the same destination into the same bundle or tray. Because DocuStar is doing some of the work, the Postal Service requires less postage to process and deliver those pieces of mail – again saving you money.
