Whether it’s UV coating, laminating, or saddle stitching, DocuStar’s bindery services add the finishing touch to your printed message. And thanks to our fulfillment services, you can even store it in our 52,000 sq. foot facility until needed for kit or package assembly.

Plastic Coil Binding

Coil binding is a common book binding style for creating documents, reports, presentations and proposals. This binding style is durable and allows documents to open flat and offers 360-degree rotation for comfortable review. Spiral coil binding spines are available in many colors and sizes depending on the needs of our clients.

We stock black and white coil but various colors are available on request with a turn time of 3-5 business days.

Collating

DocuStar automatic collating can process 1,600 sets per hour.

Custom Index Tabbing

Simplify the navigation of your books and manuals by adding custom index tabs produced in house. Our Scott 10000 cuts and laminates up to 10,000 tabs per hour. Our capabilities include: Mylar, Mylar reinforcement, and die cutting.

Film Laminate

Protect your frequently handled corporate materials with a 1.5 mil, 3 mil, or 5-mil film laminate.

GBC binding

Comb Binding allows pages to lie flat for note taking and photocopying. These durable
spines won’t chip, peel or discolor.

  • Min - ¼” (20 sheets on 20#)
  • Max - 2” (425 sheets on 20#).

Inserting

Avoid needless paper cuts - Let DocuStar handle your inserting needs! We have the capability to stuff 6,000 envelopes (#10’s and 6x9’s) with 6 folded sheets of paper every hour.

Kit Assembly & Fulfillment

Project driven, fulfillment plan generated or based on specific requests, DocuStar’s kit assembly and fulfillment services have your distribution needs covered.

Perfect Binding

The perfect look requires a perfect bind. Perfect bound books have their internal pages glued to the outside paperback cover. Ask one of our knowledgeable, customer service representative if this binding option is right for your materials.

Saddle-Stitching

Saddle stitch your short booklets, brochures, or pamphlets with DocuStar. Placing two staples on the fold of your material, we can saddle stitch up to 20 sheets online, and up to 25 sheets offline.

Shrink Wrapping

Tired of not knowing how many fliers you have left? Track quantities easier by shrink wrapping your materials into manageable bundles.
