Our client provides documentation services for long-term care, hospice, homecare, pharmacy and assisted living facilities. The company serves these highly regulated industries with 25 product categories, 100 sub-categories for each product category across the contiguous US and Canada. They distribute manuals, forms, reference cards, record keeping instruments, labels and more to thousands of locations. Federal and state laws are constantly changing, therefore content is variable and delivery is extremely time-sensitive.

Employees working in various market segments need compliance information for educational and procedural purposes. As federal and/or state laws change, new employees are hired or existing ones move into new roles. They need mandated content; the sooner the better!

Our client was experiencing tremendous growth and sought a business process outsourcing partner capable of delivering customized content to the right people in the right customer segments, at the right time. The client had two additional issues: inventory obsolescence and accuracy. Law changes and procedural differences were happening so rapidly that inventory was no longer current. The existing process was inefficient, labor intensive and inventory disposal was costly.
